Our a la cart wedding package is perfect for the couples who love Little Spot of Blooms signature fresh from the garden style but don’t require large arrangements or on site set up. This option is ideal for clients who only need personal flowers, center pieces, and a few focal arrangements. Simply choose the size and the quantity of your personal flowers and center pieces , and describe your color palette and leave the rest to us.
Our a la carte option is not well suited for couples who want very specific flower types, require an in person consultation, or have more complex event design needs.
We understand how stressful planning a wedding can be. With so many choices so much conflicting advise, and so little transparency when it comes to the actual cost of things, planning your wedding can quickly go from exciting to downright overwhelming.
We have streamlined the process of selection your wedding flowers by offering a limited range of lush, garden style arrangements made from locally grown blooms, so choosing is easy. We arrange your flowers using the best of what’s growing the week of your wedding in your desired color palette. Our pricing is transparent, so you have the ability to create your own custom flower package while staying with in budget.
Orders are available for pick up during set times at our design studio at the farm. Delivery is available for an additional fee.
HOW IT WORKS
REVIEW THE PACKET Please read all in the information in the packet.
SUBMIT ORDER FORM Complete the emailed a la carte order form and send it to valerie@littlespotofblooms.com with your name and wedding date in the subject line.
ESTIMATE Within a week of receiving your order form, Little Spot of Blooms will email you an estimate for your wedding flower based on the details you provided.
CONTRACT AND DEPOSIT After approving your order, send the nonrefundable deposit and signed copy of our contract ro reverse your wedding date on our calendar, Your deposit will be applied towards your final balance.
FINAL CHANGES Three weeks prior to your big day we will reconnect with you to finalize your order. Additions, substitutions, and small changes can be made at this time.
SUBMIT PAYMENT Final payment is due the week before the event. Checks ( payable to Little Spot of Blooms) and cash are preferred. Most credit cards, PayPal and Venmo are also accepted.
ENJOY YOUR FLOWERS We will have your flowers carefully packaged and ready for you to pick up at our studio at the farm on the date and time specified on your final order. We will happily deliver for an additional fee.
